The detailed scope, features, and deliverables will be outlined in the Purchased plan. Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Estimated delivery time will be same as mentioned working in product description page, depending on client input and project complexity. Delays caused by lack of content, delayed approvals, or change requests from the client will not be the responsibility of VM3 Tech Solutions LLP.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the package.
Any further revisions or major scope changes will be considered a new requirement and charged accordingly.
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final website and its content. All design concepts and source code remain the intellectual property of VM3 Tech Solutions LLP until the project is fully paid.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, or customer data shared during the project.

The client is responsible for paying for domain, hosting, SSL, payment gateway setup, or third-party APIs unless otherwise specified. VM3 Tech Solutions LLP will assist in integration but is not responsible for service disruptions from third-party tools.
VM3 Tech Solutions LLP is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data during or after the project. Clients are advised to take timely backups of website content and databases.
The client may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the design or backend code without written consent.
All project-related communication will be done via email or project management tools for record-keeping and transparency. Verbal communication must be confirmed via email to be considered valid.
VM3 Tech Solutions LLP is not responsible for product photography or the creation of product descriptions. The client must provide product images and descriptions in the required format and quality as per project guidelines (e.g., size, resolution, text limits). Delays in providing the required content may impact the project timeline, for which VM3 Tech Solutions LLP will not be held responsible. Photography or content creation support can be provided as an additional paid service upon request.
The scope of work includes strategy planning, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring across agreed social media platforms. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Services will be provided only on the platforms mentioned in the purchased product plan (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Requests for additional platforms will require scope revision.
VM3 Tech Solutions LLP will create content and submit it for client approval. The client is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback within 2 business days. Delays may affect the posting schedule. If feedback is not received within 3 business days contents will be published considering approved
Client must provide branding assets (logo, colors, brand guidelines), business insights, and any specific promotional material or product updates in a timely manner.
Login details of respective social media and admin access of business pages and ad accounts
Ad spend is included in product purchase of Digital Marketing AD packages. Clients can pay platforms directly for ad budgets after written communication to VM3. VM3 will manage ads based on the agreed strategy and budget.
Monthly performance reports will be shared. KPIs include reach, engagement, follower growth, and ad performance. VM3 does not guarantee exact follower or sales numbers due to variables beyond control.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are allowed per post or campaign. Further changes will be chargeable.
All communication must be via email or project tools. WhatsApp or phone updates should be confirmed via email for tracking. Weekly/biweekly review calls can be scheduled based on the plan.
VM3 Tech Solutions LLP agrees not to disclose any confidential information of the client. Clients must not disclose any proprietary process or strategy shared by VM3.
Final creatives and content approved and posted belong to the client. Raw source files (editable design files, strategy documents) remain with VM3 unless agreed otherwise. Ad sets created by VM3 will be ownership of VM3. VM3 has right to delete it permanently from a client ad account as it’s strategy and planning of VM3
Either party can terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice. No refunds for partial months or completed work. All dues must be cleared before final handover.
VM3 is not liable for account bans, audience reactions, or third-party service disruptions. Clients are responsible for securing their own accounts and following platform community guidelines.
The SEO services include keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO fixes, off-page SEO (backlinking), local SEO, and reporting. Additional requests outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
SEO is a long-term strategy. Measurable improvements generally take 3 to 6 months. Deliverables include monthly reports, SEO audit results, and implemented SEO improvements.
VM3 does not guarantee specific keyword rankings or top search engine placements due to dynamic algorithm changes. We aim for consistent growth based on best practices.
Client must provide website admin, hosting, and analytics access. Delayed access may result in missed deadlines or reduced outcomes.
Client is responsible for providing content (or reviewing VM3 content) in a timely manner. Any delays in approvals will impact timelines.
Any cost for SEO tools, premium plugins, or paid third-party integrations will be borne by the client unless specified in the proposal.
Monthly reports will be shared containing keyword rankings, traffic statistics, and technical performance improvements.
Up to 2 rounds of SEO content edits are allowed per month. Further revisions are billable.
The website and content belong to the client. Any SEO strategy, templates, or code developed remain the intellectual property of VM3 unless transferred through agreement.
All communications should be documented via email or official channels. WhatsApp updates are considered informal and must be followed by email confirmation.
VM3 agrees to keep client information confidential. Client must not share strategy documents, audit reports, or proprietary approaches externally.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds for completed work. Access to tools and portals will be revoked after closure.
VM3 is not liable for any drop in traffic due to algorithm updates, platform bans, or third-party changes. Mitigation plans will be provided.
Client agrees to provide only genuine, non-plagiarized content and follow applicable advertising and web regulations.
In the event of any delay caused by the client in providing required content, information, or materials necessary to complete the project, the client acknowledges that such delays may result in additional charges. These charges will be communicated in advance and added to the final invoice accordingly.
Any dispute arising will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, India, and will be resolved amicably before legal recourse.
By proceeding with the service or making any payment, the client agrees to the terms mentioned above.
